General Terms of Business

Introduction

ANGLO Corporate Services is hereinafter referred to as ANGLO. ANGLO will deliver at all times to its clients a high quality, efficient and confidential service.

Requests and Instructions

We provide services only on the basis that those instructing us give us all proper and timely instructions, authority and information to enable us to undertake lawfully and effectively the business instructed. ANGLO does so on the basis that those instructing us do so as principals and are liable directly to us for payment.

We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to us or for the consequences of such errors and omissions. Failure to provide adequate instructions or information will delay the processing of an order. ANGLO is not liable for such failure by clients and will not be liable for cost or loss incurred whether direct or consequential.

Fees

We charge fees which are fair and reasonable and which represent excellent value to our clients. Our fees are based on the time spent to complete the work required and local government and agent charges incurred in overseas jurisdictions.

Confidentiality

ANGLO observes complete confidentiality at all times with regard to the identity, information and affairs of its clients. ANGLO will, in accordance with its statutory obligations, protect personal information and personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We may if required to do so by law, from time to time, disclose information to government and other public authorities.

Legal liability

ANGLO accepts no liability for the client’s statutory responsibility for any UK or offshore company in any jurisdiction whatsoever. ANGLO or its officers are not qualified or prepared to give tax or legal advice. Clients may wish to seek independent advice from an accountant or tax lawyer in their own jurisdictions before entering into the purchase of any product offered by ANGLO. ANGLO can refer clients to one of its Chartered Tax Accountant or Tax Lawyer partners in the United Kingdom. At no time may ANGLO be held legally or financially liable for advice provided by any or all its partners.

Termination

Clients may terminate their instructions with ANGLO in writing at any time. If fees are outstanding ANGLO will be entitled to withhold any relevant documentation until those monies are paid in full.

ANGLO retains the right to terminate only with good reason. Reasonable notice will be given and all original papers and documents will be returned to clients once all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or the obligations of either party arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between clients and ANGLO, these Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the clients or any client appointees hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England.
